Preferred
- Plan, set up, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end for multiple client accounts targeting the Pakistani market.
- Conduct audience research and build targeting strategies including custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segments.
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy variations, and formats to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Perform ongoing bid, budget, and placement optimization and delivery troubleshooting.
- Implement and troubleshoot pixel, Conversions API, and event setups to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
- Analyze campaign data, calculate ROAS/CPA, interpret trends, and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and account teams; present results and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple client campaigns, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and delivery optimization.
- Experience with pixel implementation, Conversions API, event setup, and troubleshooting.
- Audience segmentation: custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, layered targeting.
- Ad creative testing: A/B testing headlines, copy, formats, and CTAs.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, calculate ROAS/CPA, and recommend optimizations.
- Familiarity with landing page best practices and basic CRO principles.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
Preferred
- 2+ years direct Meta/Facebook Ads experience in agency or client-side roles.
- Certifications in Meta Ads or related digital advertising.
- Experience with dashboards (Data Studio or similar).
