Overview:
Lead and oversee MEP operations, maintenance, and project execution across a premium American school campus. Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and asset management. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and in-house teams; manage work permits and site safety. Ensure compliance with Saudi codes, school standards, and quality control. Monitor energy use and recommend efficiency improvements. Prepare technical reports, budgets, purchase requisitions, and as-built documentation. Respond to emergencies and coordinate rapid repairs with minimal disruption to school operations.Job Specification:
- Must-have: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and BMS
- Proficient: Reading drawings, AutoCAD, maintenance management software
- Experience: Project management, contractor coordination, cost control
- Other: Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, commissioning procedures
- Work mode: On-site in Dhahran; ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
