- Install, commission, and maintain HVAC systems (split, package, chillers, VRF) on construction sites.
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration, ductwork, controls, and electrical faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance, testing, and balancing.
- Read mechanical drawings and follow site plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain accurate service reports and parts inventory.
- Minimum 2 years proven HVAC field experience in construction or building services.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, refrigeration, and basic electrical systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls, piping, brazing/welding, and duct installation.
- Ability to read drawings, use hand and power tools, and operate testing equipment.
- Good communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and handle physically demanding tasks.
