Overview:
NTI is launching a global Tier-1 American HVAC brand in Pakistan and seeks an experienced engineer to lead technical sales and market penetration for premium chillers and VRF systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure high-value commercial and industrial tenders.
- Engage and map consultants and contractors to specify company systems with top MEP firms.
- Prepare technical submittals including BOQs, energy-saving models, and proposals.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
- Drive brand awareness and market entry for a premium HVAC product line.
- B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-5 years' experience in Pakistan's HVAC market with Applied Systems, VRF, and chillers.
- Ability to perform mechanical and electrical work on chillers, cooling towers, and AHUs.
- Experience with HVAC selection software and preparing BOQs and technical submittals.
- Proven track record in tendering and closing commercial/industrial projects.
- Strong network/established relationships with consultants, contractors, and MEP firms.
- Excellent technical presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred:
- Proactive, self-motivated, hands-on field approach.
- Sales/market-entry experience for premium or international HVAC brands.
