Job Description: Siza Internationals Pvt. Ltd., a pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Manager Commercial to lead commercial operations from the Lahore office. The Manager Commercial will own end-to-end commercial planning and execution for assigned products and territories, ensuring market share growth, revenue targets and strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position partners closely with marketing, regulatory, supply chain and finance teams to align commercial strategy with product availability, pricing, and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales and market-share targets for assigned product lines.
  • Lead pricing, tender and contract negotiations with hospitals, distributors and institutional buyers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with sales teams and regional managers to set targets, monitor performance, and deliver coaching to improve execution in the field.
  • Manage distributor relationships including selection, performance reviews, order fulfillment monitoring, and corrective action planning where required.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and collaborate with supply chain for demand planning.
Job Specification:
  • Must-have: 5-7 years commercial experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development or commercial management.
  • Proven track record in pricing, tender management and institutional sales (hospitals/government tenders).
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with distributors and institutional buyers.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, demand planning coordination with supply chain and P&L awareness.
  • Analytical skills: market analysis, competitor intelligence, sales data interpretation and KPI-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel; familiarity with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan pharmaceutical regulatory environment and ethical marketing practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu; ability to prepare commercial reports and present to management.
