Overview:

Famacy Group, a China-based supplier of pharmaceutical glass packaging (tubular vials, ampoules, molded bottles), is hiring a Local Sales Representative to drive sales in the pharmaceutical market in Tashkent. The role focuses on building client relationships, identifying opportunities, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and supporting marketing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical industry clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research.
• Present product offerings and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials.
• Provide customer service; address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Compile sales reports and track market trends to inform strategy.

Job Specification:

• Must-have: Proven sales experience in pharmaceuticals or related industry with 3 years' relevant experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Results-oriented with analytical skills.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Uzbek (spoken and written).

• Preferred: Proficiency in English.
• Experience selling pharmaceutical glass packaging (vials, ampoules, bottles) is a plus.
