Job Description: DODO Non-Specialized Wholesale Trading, based in Manila, operates in Media Production and focuses on localizing Chinese short dramas, branded content, and e-commerce conversion for the Philippine market. As Local Operations Manager you will oversee daily on-site operations, develop and implement operational procedures, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content production and distribution, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and financial reporting, and drive local partnerships to enhance content visibility and market reach.Job Specification:

• Minimum 3 years experience in operations management, preferably in media production or digital content platform operations
• Proven track record managing short dramas, web series, or short video projects
• In-depth understanding of Philippine streaming market, user viewing habits, and short-form video preferences
• Knowledge of the Philippine media landscape and e-commerce trends
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Cross-department collaboration and ability to formulate/execute localization operation strategies
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and effective communication skills
