Overview:
Experienced Legal Office Manager required to manage day-to-day operations of a law firm. The role includes full office management, HR responsibilities, and financial administration support. Immediate start preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full office operations for the law firm.
- Perform human resources functions: employee relations, policy development, compliance, performance management, and workplace investigations.
- Oversee administrative systems, workflow coordination, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with financial administration including billing coordination, expense management, budgeting and payroll oversight.
- Coordinate with staff and provide administrative leadership.
- Minimum 10 years recent proven experience managing day-to-day operations of a law firm (industry-bound, non-negotiable).
- Strong human resources experience, including employee relations, policy development, compliance, performance management, and workplace investigations.
- Financial experience within a law firm (billing coordination, expense management, budgeting, payroll oversight).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong English business proficiency.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Residing in or near Centurion (within daily commuting distance).
- Stable employment record and contactable employment references.

- Immediate availability to start.
