- Identify and qualify potential business clients across the United Arab Emirates market.
- Build initial pipelines and pass sales-ready leads to account management or sales teams.
- Work remotely while coordinating closely with Dubai-based teams to align outreach with the company’s value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and prospect target accounts within the UAE using CRM tools, social platforms, and targeted lists.
- Conduct discovery calls and perform initial qualification to assess fit for tax advisory and compliance services.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM records with accurate contact, activity, and opportunity data.
- Collaborate with sales and technical specialists to prepare tailored messaging and hand off sales-qualified leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and qualification targets and report performance metrics.
- Continuously refine outreach scripts and qualification processes.
- Must-have: Proven experience generating B2B leads, preferably targeting SMEs and mid-market businesses in the UAE.
- Excellent spoken and written English; able to craft concise outreach messages and qualification questions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar) and comfortable logging activities and updating opportunity stages.
- Strong phone prospecting and virtual meeting skills; confident conducting discovery conversations and qualifying needs.
- Basic understanding of accounting and tax services to identify potential client pain points and match to solutions.
- Good research skills to identify decision makers, company structures, and procurement cycles.
- Results-oriented with experience meeting or exceeding outreach and lead conversion KPIs.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup while coordinating with onshore teams.
