We are hiring an experienced Night Lead Generation Specialist to generate and nurture B2B leads, collaborate with sales and marketing, and track campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through social media, email campaigns, networking, and other channels.
• Qualify and nurture leads in the sales pipeline to convert them into potential clients.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and optimize processes.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Job Specification: Must have:

• Proven experience in lead generation and sales processes (3 years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; able to work night shift on-site.
