Role overview:
Responsible for client relationship management and coordination of key accounts within the Debtors/Insurance department. The role includes debtor control tasks, client visits, administration, and ensuring accurate, timely handling of account-related tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key clients and act as primary contact for account queries
- Coordinate key account activities and ensure accurate debtor control and reconciliations
- Handle client communications in both Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
- Perform administration tasks and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as required
- Visit clients as needed (travel costs reimbursed)
- Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Identify and resolve account-related issues proactively
- Bilingual: Afrikaans and English (strong written & verbal)
- Experience: Recent experience in Client Relationship Management, Key Accounts Coordination, Debtors Control or similar (preferably in Insurance, Surety Bonds, or Legal industry)
- Administration: Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Computer skills: MS Office literate
- Driver's license: Valid driver's license (client travel required)
- Other: Strong relationship management, organisational and coordination skills; deadline-driven; problem-solving and proactive approach; stable employment record and contactable references
