- Presentable and reliable individual with hands-on approach
- Full bilingual with good English proficiency (Afrikaans proficiency preferred/advantageous)
- Matric / Grade 12 a must
- A+ and N+ Diplomas/Qualifications a must
- 2 to 3 years recent work experience in providing technical IT support in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Excellent technical knowledge of hardware and software, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Own reliable transport to work a must (own vehicle)
- Stable employment record and contactable employment references
- No lawful termination at any previous employer due to misconduct or non-performance
- Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance)
- To start as soon as possible
Work Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 17:00
Duties:
- Provide remote and on-site technical IT support to personnel of bookstore franchise
- Resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software and hardware, including servers and workstations
- 2 to 3 years recent technical IT support experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- A+ certification
- N+ certification
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Own reliable transport
- Bilingual (English required; Afrikaans advantageous)
