IT Specialist - Digital Growth & Team Operations (Full-Time)

Location: Islamabad (on-site)

Role: Work at the intersection of digital marketing, technical SEO, and IT team building to grow online presence and support expansion of the IT department.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute web, email, and social media campaigns for local and international audiences; manage content calendars; track KPIs and support brand growth.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct technical SEO audits; perform keyword research; implement on-page optimization; develop backlink strategies; monitor rankings and organic traffic using tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.
• IT Team Building & Talent Screening: Source and screen IT candidate profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, and Mustakbil; evaluate technical backgrounds; coordinate with HR and assist in shortlisting qualified local candidates.
• Web Development & Website Management: Develop, update, and maintain company websites using WordPress; perform basic web content edits.

• SEO Tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Looker Studio
• Paid & Ads: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Email & CRM: Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo
• Content & Social: WordPress, Buffer, Canva, Notion
• Talent sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee.pk, Mustakbil, Greenhouse

Nice to have / Preferred

• Google Analytics or Google Ads certification
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Basic HTML/CSS for web content edits
• Background in IT infrastructure or networking
• Experience working with international clients or remote-first teams
