Overview:
Premier Computers is a Dubai-based computer hardware company seeking an organized IT/Computer Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, coordinate marketing activities, and maintain technical product knowledge. The role reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with technical, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order processing and consistent client communications.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales activities: manage inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and update CRM records.
- Support marketing efforts: assist with digital campaigns, product listings, content updates, and coordinate promotional materials with vendors.
- Provide product and technical information to customers and internal teams; liaise with engineering and supply teams to resolve technical questions.
- Process orders and coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
- Prepare sales reports, monitor key performance indicators, and present insights to improve conversion and retention.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of computer hardware products, specifications, and common configurations.
- Experience: 2+ years relevant experience in computer hardware sales or coordination (3 years indicated overall).
- Product knowledge: Strong knowledge of computer hardware products, specifications, and common configurations.
- Systems & tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel for reporting), and basic marketing tools for content posting and campaign tracking.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; ability to draft quotations, proposals, and customer correspondence clearly.
- Customer service: Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills and ability to escalate technical issues appropriately.
- Organization & analysis: Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, prepare sales reports and extract actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Experience coordinating with procurement, logistics, technical support, external vendors and partners.
- Attention to detail: Accurate quotation preparation, inventory tracking and invoicing.
