IT Administrator & Support Specialist

Job Description: We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in print-on-demand products. We are seeking a skilled and organized IT professional to manage digital infrastructure and provide technical support to the team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage folder structure for company cloud storage (OneDrive, Google Drive).
• Manage user access and permissions for shared storage to ensure data security.
• Oversee and verify data backup processes to prevent data loss.
• Act as first point of contact for internal IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with employee hardware (PCs, printers) and software.
• Manage and maintain physical hardware and software for production machinery.
• Create and update clear troubleshooting documentation and user guides.

Job Specification: Required Experience & Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on experience in IT support, IT administration, or similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Experience in e-commerce or manufacturing/production environments preferred.

Technical Skills (Must-have)

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking principles.
• Experience managing cloud storage platforms: OneDrive and Google Drive (folder structures, user permissions).
• Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Proactive and organized approach to tasks and documentation.
