Independent Working Chef - I

Role overview:

We are seeking an Independent Working Chef (level I) to prepare authentic Indian dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and contribute to a warm dining experience. The role is full-time, on-site in Apeldoorn, working morning shifts with varied and flexible hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety practices
• Portioning, plating and presentation of dishes
• Manage basic stock and ingredient preparation
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure service flow
• Follow instructions from management and participate in internal training
