Work Type: Fully remote (including training and interview)
Location: Worldwide; candidates in Abla, Spain eligible
Employment: Full-Time, 1-year renewable contract based on performance and ratings
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, rotating shifts; shift includes night shifts with a 50% night-shift bonus
Training: 2 weeks (4 hours/day, 5 days/week). Training compensation: USD 10/hour. Recruitment, interview and training conducted online; no fees required to participate
Compensation: Base pay USD 21/hour plus performance-based bonuses. Posted salary range: USD 44,000 - 70,000 annually (company states hourly and bonuses above)
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support as part of a remote customer-care team
- Follow company procedures and client requirements
- Maintain service quality and performance ratings
- Must have: Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer or laptop
- Languages: Proficiency in English, French, Spanish, Italian, or German
- Skills: Strong communication skills; commitment to providing excellent customer service; ability to follow company procedures and client requirements
- Experience: Relevant customer service experience is an advantage (not required)
