- Understand scope of practice and specific role requirements.
- Must-have: Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing
- Minimum two years of practical experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting with at least 150 beds
- Minimum IELTS Academic overall score 5.5, or OET minimum grade C, or equivalent score of 200
- Good English communication skills
- Demonstrated competence in nursing procedures
- Proven ability to work effectively independently and in a team
- Understanding of scope of practice
