Job Description : We are seeking a professional Receptionist - Al Ain to be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and visitors and to support daily office operations. The Receptionist will represent the company’s values by delivering courteous, efficient service and ensuring smooth front-desk administration. Responsibilities include: Greet and welcome clients, visitors and contractors in person and by phone; manage a professional, friendly reception area. Answer, screen and forward incoming calls; take accurate messages and follow up as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier coordination and basic document distribution. Maintain reception area, keep visitor logs and ensure security procedures for site access are followed. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying and preparing client paperwork and invoices for review. Coordinate with project coordinators and field teams to relay messages and update schedules promptly. Maintain stockroom inventory, track office supplies and monitor reorder needs. Job Specification : Minimum: Associate degree or diploma in business administration or office management preferred; minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic skills an advantage. Professional phone etiquette and front-desk demeanor. Experience with reception duties, appointment scheduling and visitor management. Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM or database entry. Accurate data entry, record keeping and attention to detail. Basic bookkeeping familiarity (petty cash, simple invoicing) and ability to coordinate with accounts staff. Customer service orientation; ability to remain calm under pressure and handle client inquiries courteously. Reliability, punctuality and professional appearance for client-facing role. Preferably Filipino nationality (optional preference).
