Construction Solutions (IT & services) seeks an organized HR Specialist / HR Executive to support HR operations for its Lahore clients. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee records, employee relations, and HR administration in a remote/online work mode with morning shift expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: write job postings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and personnel files (electronic and paper).
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires; ensure completion of required documentation and system access.
- Support employee relations: address routine queries, document concerns, and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Assist with performance review scheduling and recordkeeping; coordinate training logistics and follow-up.
- Prepare HR correspondence, basic reports and metrics for leadership (headcount, turnover, etc.).
- Must-have: Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, email; maintain spreadsheets and simple reports.
- Recruitment and interview coordination: candidate screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews.
- Accurate recordkeeping: employee files, attendance logs, HR documentation.
- Time management; ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Interpersonal skills for team coordination and supporting employee relations; confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Organizational skills for onboarding, training coordination, and HR administration tasks.
