Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop business partners (independent experts) for StrongBody’s platform.
- Not purely recruiting focuses on sourcing professionals and closing partnerships for the Digital Profile Shop ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing experts using existing contacts, networks, or recruitment resources across industries.
- Introduce qualified professionals to StrongBody’s Digital Profile Shop and explain platform benefits.
- Provide candidates with job descriptions, FAQ materials, and guidance on opening their Digital Profile Shop.
- Assist experts with account registration, completing professional profiles, and activating membership plans.
- Support experts during initial onboarding to ensure they understand platform operations.
- Coordinate with StrongBody’s internal team for technical support and initial guidance.
- Experience in recruitment, executive search, or headhunting
- B2B sales or business development experience
- Existing professional network/contacts across industries
- Ability to present platform benefits and guide candidates through onboarding
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
