Job Description: Role overview

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening applicants.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate deployment.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation; ensure compliance with company policies and labor standards.
  • Monitor attendance, manpower status, and employee concerns.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding staffing requirements.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees.
  • Prepare reports related to recruitment and manpower operations.
  • Support daily HR and administrative functions.
Job Specification:
  • Must have: Minimum 2 years' experience as an HR Coordinator in a local manpower agency or company.
  • Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, and HR documentation.
  • Experience sourcing and screening candidates; scheduling interviews; coordinating deployment.
  • Ability to prepare recruitment/manpower reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work under pressure and handle multiple manpower requirements.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Makati City (note: original post mentions willingness to work in Pasay MOA area).
  • Bachelor's degree.
