Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Overview:

AZEE Securities is a Karachi-based capital markets firm providing brokerage, advisory and investment services across Pakistan's equity and fixed-income markets. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will join the marketing and communications team to create visual assets that communicate AZEE's research, product offerings and brand messages across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Create static and animated graphics for social media, website, reports and presentations that reflect AZEE's brand identity and regulatory tone.
• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content, including market updates, explainer videos, client testimonials and event coverage.
• Perform audio editing, sound mixing, color correction and grading to deliver polished video outputs.
• Optimize video formats for web and mobile (vertical, square), selecting appropriate bitrates and codecs.
• Convert charts and research outputs into clear visual data visualizations while preserving data accuracy.
• Manage asset libraries, version control, and deliverables to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with research, compliance, sales and other teams; accept feedback and iterate on designs.

Job Specification: Must have:

• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Advanced experience with video editing: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Motion graphics experience with After Effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience producing social-first video formats (vertical, square) and exporting for web/mobile.
• Storyboarding, audio editing, sound mixing, color correction and grading.
• Experience creating animated infographics and corporate brand animations.
• Ability to convert charts/research into accurate visualizations.
• Good organizational skills, versioning and meeting deadlines.
• Communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in video editing or motion graphics.
• Prior experience in finance or capital markets communications.
