Role Summary:

• Develop creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for branding, marketing materials, social media, websites, and print media.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver visual communication.
• Create design assets such as logos, infographics, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
• Edit and retouch images for high-quality output.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
• Work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• 23 years of professional graphic design experience (job states 12 years in other sections).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Figma or CorelDraw.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with social media design, branding, and marketing materials.
• Ability to handle feedback and adapt designs.

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
• Female candidates preferred (employer preference noted).

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
