Job Description:

• Liaise with support and operations teams to understand project scope and hiring requirements
• Source and identify suitable technical candidates for various global projects
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and CV records
• Verify candidate documents such as work permits, visas, and other legal requirements
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams and candidates
• Assist in handling multiple open roles across different regions

Employment type: Full-Time (potential internship-to-full-time transition noted)

Career level: Experienced (Non-Managerial)

Shift: Morning Shift

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 PKR

Work mode: Remote / Online

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Less than 1 year (entry/early-career)
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Recruitment knowledge: Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Other: Ability to multitask, good organizational and time-management skills
• Responsibilities (skills applied): sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate document verification, database/CV management
