- High precision manufacturing with consistent quality output
- Cleanroom ISO Class 8 production environment management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full manufacturing operations (Injection, Assembly, QC, Maintenance)
- Ensure stable production with minimal downtime
- Implement process optimization and cost control strategies
- Maintain ISO Class 8 cleanroom discipline and compliance
- Coordinate with supply chain for uninterrupted production
Cleanroom Responsibilities (ISO Class 8)
- Enforce gowning procedures and contamination control
- Monitor particle levels and environmental conditions
- Maintain hygiene, air filtration, and controlled access
- Ensure compliance with ISO and audit standards
Key KPIs
- OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Rejection Rate (%)
- Machine Downtime
- Cost per Unit Production
- Production Output vs Target
Leadership Structure
- Shift Incharge (Production Control)
- Quality Control (QC Team)
- Maintenance Team (Electrical & Mechanical)
- Production Supervisors & Operators
- Must-have: 10+ years in manufacturing (plastics/injection molding preferred)
- Must-have: Strong leadership in factory operations
- Must-have: Experience in caps/closures or similar industry
- Preferred: Cleanroom production experience (ISO Class 8)
- Preferred: Knowledge of injection molding machines
- Preferred: ERP/SAP Business One knowledge
