- Host live casino games as the on-camera presenter, guiding online players through games in line with company standards.
- Deal cards accurately while maintaining a confident, professional, and engaging on-screen presence.
- Follow game procedures, studio protocols, and operational guidelines with precision and consistency.
- Create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere that encourages player engagement and repeat visits.
- Continuously develop presentation, coordination, and performance skills through training and feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with an international team and local management in a fast-paced live environment.
- Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1) with strong written and spoken communication.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
- Confident on-camera communicator; comfortable as the face of the company.
- Ability to present games in a professional, entertaining, and engaging manner.
- Positive attitude, self-discipline, and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and rotational shifts (examples: 06:3015:30, 10:0019:00, 14:3023:30, 22:3007:30).
