- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them or take messages
- Receive letters and packages and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain updated records and files
- Must-have: Proven experience as front desk representative or similar role
- Must-have: Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
