Source: mustakbil.comJob Description: We are seeking a Flooring Estimator with experience in multifamily and large-scale commercial projects. The candidate will perform quantity takeoffs, prepare material and cost estimates for flooring work, and review construction drawings to ensure accurate measurement and costing. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, producing clear estimates and reports, verifying material specifications, and maintaining estimating records. Must be available for on-site work in Karachi and able to work on a rotation shift.Job Specification:
- Must-have: Proficient in RFMS and Measure Square
- Experience: 3+ years in takeoffs and material/quantity estimation for multifamily and large commercial projects
- Technical knowledge: Knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards; ability to read construction drawings
- Other: Strong attention to detail; good communication and time-management skills
