Finance Manager

Job Description: Company: KRM Foods (Pvt) Ltd

Location: Jhelum, Pakistan

Overview:

Head office/management entity for a growing hospitality group (2nd Wife Restaurant). The Finance Manager will be based in Jhelum and report to senior executives. Responsible for financial control, timely reporting, and commercial insight to support operations and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for branch and corporate decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity across restaurant operations.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and reduce financial risk.
• Provide management with financial analysis, KPIs, and recommendations to improve profitability and cost control across food, labor, and overhead categories.
• Coordinate audits and support statutory and management reporting.

Job Specification:

• Must-have: Strong knowledge of Pakistan accounting standards, taxation, VAT, and payroll regulations relevant to restaurant businesses.
• Proven ability in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and preparation of management accounts.
• Advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with accounting software (ERP, QuickBooks, Sage or similar).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost-control for multi-branch hospitality operations.
• Analytical mindset; ability to produce variance analysis and financial KPIs for senior management.
• Experience managing teams, delegating tasks, and implementing internal controls and process improvements.
