We provide sales, calibration, repair and maintenance of instruments by visiting customers across industries. We are seeking a dynamic candidate for service and sales of analytical instruments. Responsibilities include on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments, demos and pre-installation surveys, hands-on troubleshooting, service and repairs, on-site training for customers, providing high-level technical support at customer locations, interfacing with cross-functional teams (field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing, marketing/sales), developing service technical documentation, creating and maintaining service information in the company enterprise database, and following up to recover outstanding payments related to services. Trainee candidates (fresh graduates) and experienced candidates (graduate with experience) will be considered. Candidates must be based in Karachi and able to work on-site.Job Specification:
- Must-have:
Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Applied Physics, or Chemistry
4-5 years experience repairing and maintaining instruments or sales of similar instruments (trainees: fresh graduates considered)
Experience in service and maintenance of analytical/scientific or medical capital equipment
Experience with Spectrometers, HPLC or analytical instruments (preferred)
Ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits
Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Must have own motorcycle and laptop - Responsibilities:
On-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments
Hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
Provide high-level technical support at customer locations
Provide on-site customer training
Interface with cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain service technical documentation and enterprise database records
Follow up and recover outstanding payments related to services
