Field Sales Executive

GlobalMedCon is a Karachi-based private mental health care provider. As a Field Sales Executive based in Karachi, you will represent GlobalMedCon in the community, build referral relationships with clinics and institutions, promote service lines to target client groups, and support outreach programs that increase access to mental health services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, general practitioners, schools, NGOs and corporate HR teams to generate referrals and partnerships.
• Plan and execute targeted territory visits and outreach activities across Karachi and nearby districts to promote services.
• Conduct presentations and informational sessions for healthcare professionals and institutional clients to explain treatment pathways and referral and appointment processes (without providing clinical advice).
• Track leads, referrals and outreach outcomes in the CRM; follow up to ensure conversions and appointment bookings.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate referrals and onboarding of referred clients.
• Prioritize territory planning, schedule multi-stop visits, and target high-value prospects to meet referral targets.
• Attend occasional evening events and community outreach activities as needed.

• Must-have: Proven experience in field sales, business development or community outreach; CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills; experience engaging clinicians, administrators and institutional decision-makers.
• Territory planning and time management for multi-stop visits and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu; familiarity with local languages/dialects is a plus.
• Professional judgment when discussing clinical services; ability to explain referral pathways without providing clinical advice.
• Ability to travel locally within Karachi and nearby districts; reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evening events.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, mental health, social services or related sectors; diplomas/certifications in public health, community outreach or related fields.
