Job Description: Company: US-based transportation company (ambulance, wheelchairs, livery, vehicle maintenance).

Role overview:

  • Provide executive administrative support to a director.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, growing organization with multiple locations.
  • Work remotely on US EST (New York) schedule; morning shift.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage documents, presentations, and spreadsheets (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Communicate professionally in English in writing and verbally.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Coordinate schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks for the director.
