- Medium to Senior level Events Project Manager for an Events/Marketing company.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Minimum 3 years recent project management experience, specifically in events, marketing or a similar industry.
- Well presentable, efficient and professional.
- Fully bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organised, pro-active, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Able to work well within a team with high self-management and initiative.
- Strong administration skills and experience.
- Comfortable doing online presentations and leading client meetings; responsible for client communications.
- Computer literate with MS Office skills, including MS PowerPoint formatting and image/logo resizing.
- Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Stable employment record and contactable references.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
Key Duties
- Full project management for events management company.
- General administration and end-to-end project/account management.
- Strategy and timeline development and management.
- Project planning, implementation and management.
- Research and supplier briefing.
- Minimum 3 years project management experience in events, marketing or similar industry
- MS Office (including PowerPoint formatting, image/logo resizing)
- Online presentation and client meeting experience
- Strong administration and project management skills
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
