Salary & Benefits: 1000 EUR/month; accommodation provided; 3 meals per day; competitive monthly salary; 6 working days per week, 1 day off.
Role summary: A tourist animator organizes and leads entertainment activities for guests in tourist facilities (hotels, camps, resorts). Activities include sports, creative workshops, dance, games, and entertainment programs, with strong focus on communication and interaction with guests (adults and children). Evening programs include stage performances and microphone work.
Responsibilities:
- Work with children (sports, creative, fun, and educational activities)
- Lead sports activities: yoga, morning exercise, stretching, Zumba, Pilates, sports tournaments
- Organize cultural and educational activities, dance classes, guided activities
- Run evening programs: stage performances, acting, microphone/hosting duties
- Collaborate with the entertainment team to plan and execute daily programs
Work conditions:
- Minimum duration: 2 months (seasonal: 01.0701.09)
- 6 working days per week, 1 day off
- Accommodation and meals provided
- Speak Albanian and English
- Interest and/or experience working with children, especially preschool age
- Experience and/or certification in leading sports activities
- Comfortable dancing, acting and performing on stage
Preferred:
- Previous animation/entertainment experience in tourism/hospitality
- Relevant certifications for sports/children's activities
