Preferred
- The candidate will manage social media accounts and e-commerce platforms independently.
- Post content and manage product listings across marketplaces and e-commerce websites.
- Ensure product descriptions, availability, images and prices are accurate and up to date.
- Plan, execute and monitor online marketing campaigns including vouchers, ads and promotions.
- Monitor and oversee order processing, including refunds and customer issues.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform policies.
- Work onsite in Malaysia; accommodation provided. Return ticket after 2 years subject to contract completion.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience managing online marketplaces or brand e-commerce sales.
- Experience with social media management across Meta platforms.
- Experience managing e-commerce website product listings.
- Ability to create clear content for social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Good computer skills.
- Valid passport and willingness to work at least 2 consecutive years onsite in Malaysia.
Preferred
- Diploma or degree in e-commerce, marketing, computer studies, fashion design or related field.
- Background in fashion design (encouraged if other requirements met).
