- Manage daily operations of online stores across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, chats, and order processing efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate inventory updates and ensure product availability.
- Assist in basic content creation for marketing (banners, captions, product posts).
- Prior experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar).
- Strong understanding of online selling, sales growth, and marketplace algorithms.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or content creation is an advantage.
- Comfortable working remotely (work from home setup).
- Basic computer skills (Excel, product uploading, order management tools).
- Good command of spoken and written English (basic acceptable).
