Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP)
Content & Reputation Management
Analytics & Reporting
- Manage and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Run call-only ads and geo-targeted campaigns around tourist hotspots.
- Monitor Auction Insights and react in real time to competitor moves.
- Maintain CPA within agreed targets.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP)
- Ensure client ranks in the top 3 on Google Maps for priority searches.
- Optimize and regularly update GBP (photos, videos, posts, Q&A).
- Monitor competitors’ GBP activities and respond quickly.
- Develop and implement a review acquisition strategy (target: 20+ new reviews monthly).
Content & Reputation Management
- Produce timely content: Google posts, blog articles, short videos.
- Respond to online reviews and Q&A professionally and strategically.
- Build local backlinks via partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, and expat networks.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track calls, bookings, and walk-ins originating from digital channels.
- Provide weekly performance reports (CPA, conversions, ranking, reviews).
- Recommend A/B tests and new marketing opportunities.
- Must-have: Proven experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (certifications preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Local SEO & Google Maps ranking factors.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and call tracking tools.
- Experience with healthcare or tourism-related businesses (preferred).
- English language required.
- Data-driven, ROI-focused, proactive, able to act quickly on competitor movement.
- KPIs / Targets: #13 Google Maps ranking for targeted searches (e.g., "urgent care near me Phuket"); 20+ new Google reviews per month; meet CPA targets (example THB 550/conversion); monthly increases in qualified calls & bookings; growth in organic traffic and local backlinks.
