- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic rankings and traffic
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Oversee content marketing, ensuring high-quality and engaging content across platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing platforms
- Drive lead generation and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
- Manage social media strategy and brand positioning
- Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams for integrated campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 58+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a senior/lead role
- Strong expertise in SEO (technical, content, backlinks)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
