Digital Marketing and Growth Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a versatile IT professional who works at the intersection of digital marketing, technical SEO, and IT team building. You will help grow our online presence and expand our IT department by sourcing and vetting local talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns for local and international audiences across web, email, and social media. Manage content calendars, track KPIs, and support brand growth online.


• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategy. Monitor rankings and organic traffic using tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.


• IT Team Building & Talent Screening: Source and screen IT candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, and Mustakbil. Evaluate technical backgrounds, coordinate with HR, and assist in shortlisting qualified candidates in Lahore and surrounding areas.

• Must-have tools/skills: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, WordPress, Notion


• Experience: 2+ years hands-on digital marketing or SEO (agency or in-house)


• Nice to have: Google Analytics or Google Ads certification; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems); basic HTML/CSS for web content edits; background in IT infrastructure or networking; experience with international clients or remote-first teams
