Role Summary:
- Promote Aik Digital's services and offerings to potential clients.
- Conduct on-ground outreach to increase user adoption of the digital banking platform.
- Assist customers in setting up their Asaan Digital Accounts (ADA).
- Provide product knowledge and support to clients regarding digital banking features.
- Maintain relationships with existing users and gather feedback for product improvement.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Digital Banking Knowledge: Understanding of digital banking and financial services.
