Digital Field Officer (DFO)

Location: Gilgit, Pakistan (on-site)

Role Overview:

• Assist in the implementation and management of digital banking solutions in the field.
• Promote Aik Digital services, including the Asaan Digital Account (ADA), to potential and existing customers.
• Provide on-ground support and guidance to users regarding digital banking features.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on using the Aik platform effectively.
• Collect user feedback to contribute to service enhancements.

Work Mode: On-site (field work in Gilgit)
