Role Summary:
- Reach out to potential customers to introduce products/services.
- Convert leads into customers through persuasive communication.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Work Environment:
- On-site role in Lahore; team-oriented, high-energy sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills active listening and persuasive speaking.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (but training provided).
- CRM usage maintaining and updating customer records.
- Goal-oriented ability to meet/exceed sales targets and work under performance metrics.
- Resilience and persistence handling objections and follow-ups.
