Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare and send moving quotes
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Maintain clear and professional communication
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Working Hours:

4:00 AM 4:00 PM (Full-time)

Work Mode & Location:

On-site, Islamabad, PakistanJob Specification: Must have:

• Fluent English, both spoken and written, with clear phone presence
• Customer service experience handling calls, emails, or chats
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle basic sales and convert inquiries into bookings
• Professional email writing with correct grammar and clarity
• Confidence in answering and managing VOIP phone calls
• Strong attention to detail for accurate quote preparation and data entry
• Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and online tools
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full shift consistently
