Job Description: Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Amman, Jordan (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Morning Shift

Summary:

  • Provide customer support and assist clients in Jordan.
  • Support head office with execution of apartment and vehicle arrangements.
  • Handle daily operations of Sponsorship Services.
  • Liaise with various government ministries as required.
  • Assist with picking up and dropping off documents.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
Job Specification: Must-have Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years related experience.
  • Diploma or higher.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Jordanian nationality.
  • Valid Jordan driver’s license (mandatory).
