We are hiring part-time, remote Customer Service Associates to support airline and aviation clients. This role is suitable for recent graduates seeking entry-level experience in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone; provide timely, professional support
- Log and track service requests in CRM; update tickets and customer records
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to monitor case progress and escalations
- Provide booking and scheduling assistance related to maintenance and service visits
- Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to improve processes
- Work flexible hours to cover peak support times; maintain SLA targets and quality standards
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using web-based tools, CRMs, and ticketing systems; basic MS Office skills
- Reliable home internet, quiet workspace, and ability to work independently
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, good time-management
- Customer-focused attitude and professional phone/chat etiquette

- Degrees in engineering, aviation, business, or communications
