Join as a Customer Sales Representative handling inbound and outbound interactions to promote travel packages, answer inquiries, and close sales while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email; qualify leads and follow up to convert prospects to bookings
- Present travel products and promotions and achieve individual monthly sales targets
- Record sales activity and customer contacts accurately in the CRM
- Resolve booking issues and coordinate with operations for confirmations and changes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packages, pricing, promotions, and travel policies
- Work assigned shifts, including availability for U.S. night shifts when scheduled
- 3+ years relevant experience; or 2+ years demonstrable sales/customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or contact center roles
- Proven experience selling services or travel products via phone or chat and meeting monthly targets
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills for booking changes and complaints
- Familiarity with CRM systems, call logging, and basic sales reporting
- Good computer literacy (laptop/desktop, browser, email, video conferencing) and reliable internet
- Ability to work U.S. night shifts when scheduled
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Comfortable learning new booking platforms and following processes
