Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone to promote company products and services.
- Provide accurate information regarding offers, prices, and service details.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Record customer details, leads, and interactions in company systems (CRM or Excel/Google Sheets).
- Follow up with interested clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training to improve communication and sales skills.
- Education: Minimum Matric (Intermediate or higher preferred)
- Experience: Fresh or experienced candidates welcome
- Languages: Excellent verbal communication in English and Urdu
- Technical: Basic computer literacy; able to use Google Sheets and CRMs
- Work Style: Self-motivated, punctual, confident, patient, customer-friendly and goal-oriented
- Shift: Able to work Night Shift (7:00 PM 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
