Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls for ACA campaign.
- Engage with customers and assess eligibility.
- Generate and transfer quality leads.
- Follow call scripts and comply with company policies.
- Meet performance and quality targets.
Working Hours
- Male staff: 7:00 PM 3:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Female staff: 7:00 PM 1:30 AM (Night Shift).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 30,000 60,000 PKR (advertised 30,000 55,000; stated range 30,00060,000).
- Performance-based bonuses (daily, weekly, monthly) earning potential advertised above 100,000 PKR with bonuses.
- Petrol allowance.
- Monthly outings and paid dinners (every Saturday).
- Van facility for female staff.
- Basic communication skills.
- Experience in outbound cold calling campaigns; ACA campaign experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow scripts and company policies.
- Lead generation and qualification skills.
