Job Description: Job Summary:

Role: Call Center Agent responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Shift: Morning Shift

Salary: 35,000 - 60,000 PKR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required.
  • Assist customers with questions about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Document interactions and maintain call records.
  • Manage call volume while maintaining service quality.
